TimeEdit is continually expanding our efforts in providing our customers with guidance, best-practices and resources to be successful. The customer success team is the heart of these efforts and we are glad to announce that we expand our customer success team with two new happy faces!
Tell us a bit about yourself
Elin: From the very beginning, I'm actually a paralegal, but I quickly got on the project management track and on that path it has continued. Before I started at TimeEdit, I worked as an Implementation Specialist at Adway, which is a Gothenburg-based HR-Tech start-up, and before that I was Team Leader in the project department for digital HR tools at Tholin & Larsson. When I'm not working, you find me either in the gym, in front of a good TV series or among friends. Food is also a big interest (and the reason why I exercise…) and right now I am in a period where I cook a lot of Thai food.
Peter: I'm an outgoing and happy person who makes stuff happen. A positive problem solver that always looks to improve work flows and develop new ways to get more efficient. Before coming here, I was a schedule manager and object specialist for TE Core and TE Viewer at Chalmers University of Technology. Prior to that, I worked at Trigono AB in Lund as responsible for Backoffice and Marketing.
What's your role at TimeEdit?
Elin: In my new role as Customer Success Manager at TimeEdit, I will, together with our fantastically talented team, ensure that our customers get the best possible experience of our products.
Peter: Part of the CS team as Customer Success Manager. To ensure that our customers get a good experience of TimeEdit's products. Having worked with the TimeEdit Core/Java and TimeEdit Viewer for six years as a user, I am thrilled to be able to share my knowledge and thinking to improve the products. The company has a great atmosphere and energy, so I can see myself develop as a co-worker and having fun at the same time.
You have been with the team for a week now, what's your first impression?
Elin: I came to TimeEdit with high expectations and so far they have not only been met, but also exceeded. I look forward to getting to know my colleagues even better and of course learning a lot more about our products and working methods.
Peter: It's exciting to get acquainted with TE Preferences, which is an important complement to other products. Sees that the tool can make it easier for customers. It will be exciting to be able to contribute with my experience from the user side and provide input to product development.
