Relive some of the best moments from TE Summit 2019

June 17, 2019

TE Summit is TimeEdit's annual resource management and scheduling conference, where customers and partners meet to exchange best practices, discuss the future of scheduling, and have fun. Relive some of this year's best moments here.

You were more than 200 schedulers and resource managers contributing to yet another engaging and incredibly fun TE Summit, sharing your experiences and learning from each other. A big thank you from the TimeEdit team to all our fantastic users who makes this event possible. Below, we have gathered some of the best moments for you to enjoy.

Just like last year, (and the next!), TE Summit 2019 was hosted at beautiful Steam Hotel, conveniently located in Västerås, 1 hour from Stockholm.

🚀 Johan, CEO, and Johan, CPO welcomed this year's attendees. "New perspectives" was the theme of TE Summit 2019, to highlight the fact that this year's Summit included more customer case stories than ever, as well as an introduction to TimeEdit's two new products TE Exam and TE Preferences.

More than 20 sessions, workshops and activities across three tracks. Lot's of goodies to chose from!

Peter Mårtensson at Chalmers University shared his experience on how Chalmers successfully implemented a centralized scheduling process with TimeEdit, leading to higher resource efficiency and less schedule conflicts. By using the semester roll over and draft mode features he showed the audience how smooth it's done.

TE Summit is more than a place for great sessions, it's a place to meet, network and learn from fellow schedulers and resource managers.

Hard at work 💪

Rosemarie Suominen at Karolinska Institutet gave a much appreciated session on how Karolinska Institutet employs a decentralized way of working with TimeEdit at KI.

Malin, Customer Success at TimeEdit, walks through practical use cases to one of the break out groups. Reservation groups one of our features allowing users to easily create pre and post reservations times, such as prep time and clean-up time.

Stockholm University is centralizing its exam management process throughout the university. Carlos Murakami, system owner at TimeEdit, shared their experiences about the process and how they are leveraging TE Exam to implement it.

In our Customer Case Cottage, our users share their stories on how they are shaping their institutions with TimeEdit. Nothing else motivates us more than to listen to your stories.

Two full days of sessions require regular energy intake ☺️

Steam Hotel takeover! This year, each and every room at the Steam Hotel was reserved for Summit
