Q: What motivated you to join the TimeEdit team?

A: I’m really passionate about the why, TimeEdit is on a mission to make it significantly better for a lot of people. That is obviously motivating. The team also really impressed me; I love the stong company culture and I wanted to be a part of that.

Q: Tell us a bit about yourself? 

A: Currently my life is about balancing work with family life, having two small kids at home, sometimes giving me the feeling I have two jobs.. Born and raised just outside of Gothenburg, I now live within walking distance from the Gothenburg office. From a professional background I have tried most corporate settings, starting out as a Strategy Consultant, being part of two companies in the very early stage as well as transforming a business area at a large public agency.

Q: What exactly is the role of a VP of product at TE?

A: My main focus is oversee and develop how we work with our product development, making sure we efficiently deliver product that create high customer value. An important part of that is also building and steering our product organization as well as aligning it with engineering - true collaboration between product and engineering is the key recipe for building outstanding products.

Q: You've been with a company for more than a month already, what's your impression so far?

A: TimeEdit is on a growth journey to become a global leader in the industry, which is very much reflected in the feeling and culture. Everyone is onboard and believes in the ambitious plans we have, and that creates tons of positive energy. I came for the ride and I enjoy it a lot!
