Setup

First, you enable showing related and member objects by going to Customize -> Admin -> Show & Hide -> “Show Related objects in columns” and  “Show Member objects in columns” and checking the setting(s) you'd like to work with.

Admin settings to enable Related and Member objects

The fields for the selected objects you'd like to display are added under Customize → Admin → Content → Columns in schedule.

Please keep in mind that the columns for the main object type is defined in the Customize → Admin -> Search section, while the columns for the related and member objects are defined in the Customize → Admin -> Content → Columns in schedule section, and the exact type must be used for each object in order for them to show.

You can add the types and fields for each object that should be displayed. Multiple fields for each type can be used.

Display options

For readability, use Customize -> Reservations -> Style -> Text layout -> "One column per line" so you're only displaying one member/related object per line.

You can also use the Customize -> Reservations -> "Split reservations one per object" setting to create one table row per object. Simply select the object type you'd like to split the rows by and you will get one row per object.
